A great example from Dr. Melissa Kemp of data-driven multi-omic patient-specific models, used in this case to identify differences in NAPDH metabolism for radiation-resistant patients for head and neck cancers and also pancancer (TCGA) pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...
