4. Overlooked, but bringing extra socks can really save your feet on long hiking or field walking days! And adding a light pair of sandles for the drive home is always a treat. #CanArch 🏺

2. Electrolytes are vital if you are working in hot climates. Grab some Mio sport, Gu or Nuun tablets, & keep them in your bag for when temperatures rise. They will help you stay hydrated! #CanArch 🏺

1. Always bring plenty of water! You don't want to risk running out, but if you are getting low, let your field supervisors know. #CanArch
