2 years ago, injury forced me to retire early from the Army
I was in terrible pain every second of every day. I considered giving up
I chose to 1st try therapy because I knew I didnt have the tools to handle it alone
Now I'm stronger than I was even pre-injury & Im so much happier
Dont give up.

While in Afghanistan, I did considerable damage to my ankle that required surgery and a lengthy recovery to fix. No one ever accused me of being undeserving to serve because I wasn't combat ready.
