Christmas is coming! The next District Event is the District Carol Service on Saturday, 13 December at Stapleford. Ringing at Trumpington 16:30-17:30 and then at Stapleford 17:45-18:30 followed by the service at Stapleford, festive refreshments and further ringing until 20:30.

September practice will be on Saturday 13 September (a week today). Ringing at St Bene't's in Cambridge (6) from 16:00. We are aiming to organise ringing at another city centre tower either before or after Bene’t's and we’ll let you know the details as soon as they are finalised.

Members of the District may be aware that Geoff Perryman of Orwell died last month. His funeral is tomorrow (12 August) at 1pm at Orwell. General ringing (open bells) will take place after the service. All ringers who knew Geoff are welcome to celebrate his life.
