The way every corporate job posting rn is like “looking for a self starter who is going to take the reins and wear many hats. Pay dependent on experience ” aka in this job u will actually be doing the job of at least 3 different people with no training and not enough pay to make it worth it 😭😭

I have such a deep distrust in myself and my feelings because I had hyper-critical, emotionally abusive parents. Every day I have to actively work to lift myself up and remind myself what I feel and choose to believe is valid. Shit is a lot of work but it’s worth it at the end of the day 🥲

The older I get the more I realize how fucking insane it is to ever think it’s okay to hit a child in any capacity. Not only is the research and psychology there now to prove it gives the kids ptsd, but the thought of physically hitting a child is so crazy to me how could u even sleep at night 😭
