As I get towards the end of my PhD, I'm starting to think about ways I can extend that reach even further, and share my work with the communities where it can have the most impact.

I know academia can be a very insular conversation, but I still find it very cool to think that 1000 people have at least read the title of my work and thought it worth downloading.

My latest article, The Coloniality of Age, provides a theoretical framework that aims to open up possibilities for otherwise worlds.

I analyse young Black peoples' counter-narratives of Black childhood. These young Black people refuse White futurity, and opt instead to grow otherwise.
