Yeah, and I think it could have worked if they had made it a bit more incremental like they did with Hades. But the 180 flip was so wild. Not to mention it not even being Mel's doing.

I was p disappointed too. The beginning and middle of the game were SO strong and interesting!! But that ending felt so rushed.

I feel like it's an audience or fandom with a bent towards writers who aren't always aware of the shit attached to using AI. They are often just excited to see smtg visually represent stuff.
