It's Star Ocean 2R's 2nd anniversary - I had no idea! Just saw this lovely art on the other site, and while I'm not the biggest Leon fan, this new art of him and Dias is certainly cute!

There’s so much coming up this week, and the fact that maintenance is twice as long is a little daunting to me. Still, those are some nice rewards and upgrades, even if I’m going to leave the next chapter of Side Sol for a while!

Assuming this is the same person, I had no idea that Tomoya Asano worked on one of my favourite games in the early 2000s.
I used to play Star Ocean: Till the End of Time so much... It's nice to find that Asano has been involved in quite a few of my favourite games over the years! 💜

Even though it’s this late in the year, we’ve still got some colour in the garden. I love these chrysanthemums - they’re always so cheerful, especially when the weather is grim. 🥰

The roadmap for Octopath CotC has finally been revealed. I wish there was a bit more story coming, but I'm looking forward to that Traveller's Year-End Reunion Festival, and we get the Kagemune Cup, too.

Just finished watching the CotC JP livestream, and that was quite a lot of info to take in!
It's nice that we've got a new character announced for Octopath 0, too - Reime! Going by the screenshot, she has connections to Leopaldi the Wealthy in Victors Hollow. 🙂

I've been looking at the splash art we've got for Octopath 0's new characters, and I love the fact we've got so much wildlife in them. Dragonflies, birds, butterflies... I wonder if they're symbolic or story related, or just for flavour.
Either way, I love it. 🥰

Looking at the article, these two new characters really stand out to me. I love their designs and I think they'll probably play a big role in my team when I play Octopath 0.

Just as a heads-up: some of the lists I subscribed to curate my experience here are hidden right now, so I don't know if they're working or not.
I use these to mute, but if you rely on lists to block it might be as wise to check if they're working for you and not hidden.

I love that Phenn has a lute in both of the OST artworks. I hope he canonically plays in the game too, but even if he doesn't - he does in my headcanons. 🙂
