The event is being hosted again this year by Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council and the Office of Public Works along a car-free 5km around the Park. The organisers said: "All cyclists of all abilities are welcome to light up their bikes and enjoy the Phoenix Park in a most unique way with roads closed for participants' safety and enjoyment.
