I got this useful bon mot from a middle school teacher recently.

I only started a trade guild 2 years ago because I could easily make the income I needed to run a guild. Now I'm doing all the work for 1/10th the income, IF THAT.
ZOS is killing it's own game, while gaslighting us that they want it to continue. If players criticize or we get some kind of ban.

@elderscrollsonline.com does NOT understand their player base. We all thought 3 phase event meant 7-10 days per phase, not 14-21 PER PHASE. This is ridic. Puitting players who care against those who don't and PUNISHING those who want things done when others quit.
I would not start a guild now.
