@governor.ny.gov is prioritizing data center development over strengthening our manufacturing base.
If corporations are allowed to skip smaller investments in facilities due to a lack of regulatory oversight, those necessary investments add up, which leads to unsurmountable costs and plant closures.

This sets terrible precedent for the Fortistar plant in North Tonawanda, for the implementation of the CLCPA, and for our energy future.
