Yes. There's no voting our way out; how can the rest of the world be reassured that our fellow Americans won't vote like this again, or worse?
As a nation, we've lost their trust for at least a generation. And we've lost the standing we've benefitted from since WWII. Doubt we'll get it back.

Electing him once was bad enough but might have been chalked up to a bizarre mistake. Having re-elected him, nobody can assume any sort of stability or consistency necessary for partnership from the US ever again. Credibility is destroyed and rightfully so.
Europeans would be very foolish to listen to advice like this.
