I find very interesting that it decided to write "DF" instead of "Mexico City" in the sign despite the prompt clearly saying the latter. Makes me think that the model is a bit outdated.

Seems biased to me. The problem these programs had was lack of quality and continuity.
Moreover, with what I've talked to people in rural areas, they were not happy with AMLO cutting the already existing programs and replacing them with worst quality ones (if replaced).

True, that had always seemed the only way to make the gov sit down and talk.
