Access Health NYC enables awardees to create culturally accessible preventative health programs Partnering with an Access Health NYC awardee enables hospitals to create preventative programs that not only address common conditions like chronic heart disease or diabetes in the languages patients speak and understand, but also build providers' cultural knowledge of their patient population.
