Thank you!

To summarize:
t = 1hr daily
f = 20Hz
pulse width = 200µs
current I = 1mA below discomfort

Do I understand correctly, they set I not to 1mA but 1mA lower than an I that is uncomfortable? Also they relate I to the average of half the bradycardia threshold. Did you understand that?

Thank you, that was really helpful!

Thanks! So you can replicate the settings of the study? Also regarding the ear piece?

The 3.5k€ one advertises that it can also stimulate the cymba concha (for full vagus stimulation), opposed to usual devices.
Though the study seems to affect Tragus only anyways.

Unfortunately, it seems to be quite expensive. We have a local producer here and the device is 3.5k€...

Could be, like primary (slightly) significant but secondaries not or so. But hope not.

Otherwise, if the result is "good" (just not good enough to justify spending ~~50 Mio. $) this would be very significant imo. Fibro definition is v broad and the med only reduces down to ~~20% IgG.

Detailed results coming in April:

It seems that the results of the IgG-reducer #Fibromyalgia study (clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT056...) will be released no later than April 25th.

Results are scheduled to be reported on a conference:

Does "predefined criteria" mean some internal criteria to deem it worthy for Phase 3 (maybe not good enough over placebo), or is it directly related to the trial design? No idea.
