learning more Inform 7 and writing my first Interactive Fiction game— the thrill of adding a text-based sound attribute to an object was legit— still finding the voice of the game text— questions I never thought to ask— who is talking to the player? why? what is their relationship to the narrative?

Finished THE PLAGUE by Albert Camus. Laughed grimly during last few sections. The part that spoke to me the most, Tarrou’s story about his father (won’t spoil). Though the gap after his telling intrigues me. No time or space shifted, which would ordinarily be my guess, so not sure what it signifies.

a real thrill— quite unexpected— I did the color flats for the Gabriel Hardman story in the #GODZILLA VS LOS ANGELES comic— in grade school I doodled Godzilla over *everything*— tbh, in hindsight, I think as a child of divorce I was drawn to the raw personification of anger and destruction

Easter snuck up on me this year. My favorite cinematic depiction of Jesus is in BEN-HUR (1959). Without a word, Jesus gives water to a prisoner of the state after explicitly being told not to. I have this cool bts book published upon release, includes several gorgeous Ben Stahl paintings. #FilmSky
