With dry January and having been unwell I really can’t wait until my birthday (1st March) to see friends and actually catch up with everyone. Plans the next couple of weekends so this month is likely to fly by!

Hoping this week I can get back into the swing of things again with running and swimming - I was happy with my progress until I got ill! Thankfully I’m now nearly recovered.
I’ve put in a lot of time and effort throughout December and January - all going well I want February to be the same 🏃

Decided to try and be a little more active on this again. I can’t say I enjoy it yet as much as I (used to) enjoy Twitter but I also think I need to give it more of a chance given how some gays rave about it 😅
