How would you determine if a death was caused by capitalism? If someone dies of heart failure in their 40s because they were eating McDonald's everyday is that a death caused by capitalism? Should we stop selling certain foods to people if they're over the bmi?

How many legal ways are there for someone to callously lead to another person's death? Or cause harm of significant level? I don't think this is as wide of a berth as you're pretending it is.

Exactly, now you're getting it. No I don't have an issue with it. If you want to say the issue is that it would lead to people killing outside of the confines of these parameters, that's probably true and it would be bad. But I'm not going to condemn the ok thing now because it could be a gateway.

I'm not weaseling out of anything. I'm proud to say that if the legal system doesn't offer a way to prosecute someone I don't blame anyone for doing what they felt was necessary. You're the one trying to change things by saying I want everyone who isn't happy with the legal system to commit murder.

Yes and something even as small as a fine paid to the victim's family would be some responsibility. It would be preferable if the people through callous responsible for preventable deaths suffered some consequences for their actions. Right now there's 0 recourse for any victims.

No, I said in the 0.1% of the time where there is no legal system I don't blame anyone for taking matters into their own hands. If you don't like the outcome a court declared oh well. But you can't even try and solve it through the legal system? I'll look the other way

If you want to criticize people for not doing enough that's fine. But right now there's only 1 party in the US that embodies the teachings of loving everyone and doing what you can to help the needy. No liberal ever makes excuses for why we shouldn't help people.

He always did what he could to help people, but even though everybody on the earth needed his help. It was with the lowest of society that Jesus spent his free time, he regularly criticized the elites. Not because they didn't need Jesus, it was how he expressed his teachings of loving everyone
