Finally presentation. It had to defrost. That was a problem because we then had a countdown to pie. We waited like a bomb was in that fridge. The pie menaced us for 1 1/2 hours before we gathered round, like a dark sacrament was upon us. The drama of this thing was indescribable.

The filling was a wiggly sin against all that is holy? It was THICK. Like cartoon pie slices come from this thing. It's just as nuclear aqua as the pictures if not more. And the worst part is?

It works.

It's a tangy mellower version of key lime and it works oh God how does it w- 🧵

First, the heart of any pie is a crust. And this thing somehow did not have an offensive crust? It leaned into a slight salt flavor that plays well with the filling while holding shape and not being soggy??? The crust was kinda great wtf is happening????!? 🧵
