Would pardon from T hold water? Wonder if it will have to be state charges. You’d think pardon for corrupt purposes wouldn’t hold up but with this supreme court who knows.

Think it will probably have to be prosecuted at the state level due to pardons from felon-in-chief unless there is some way to invalidate the pardons.
