I’m 75, we lived in Aussie bush, our numbers were “town” followed by probably two numbers, no idea what ours was, mums sister family were in Melbourne, I was about 6,7? We used to go holiday in Melbourne, can remember my Aunties number (2 letters then 4 numbers) cant remember my wife’s mobile.

I’m Australian, I remember the TV prog we were watching was interrupted by a news flash, we thought it was a joke (@ first) for the next few weeks we imagined the heartbreak n horror you guys must have been experiencing. Then on J6 (we were J7) once again morning news had coverage of 🍊💩’s treason.
