Single issue fanatic. Probably about the Basque Country. Evertonian.
In the last few months, I have got questions right about Polonius and Laertes in some pub quiz and now they think I'm the go to Shakespeare expert, but I only knew the answers because of that Simpsons episode with Chief Wiggum and Ralph in those roles. I tell them this, but to no avail.

Watching that Franco programme on PBS America and remembered a book I wanted to read, Javier Cercas' The Imposter, which I half read years ago. Ordered it and have just seen it on the bookshelf. #fuckoffeverton

Observations from my brief visit home. The Adelphi, which at 58 I've never actually been in until last night, needs better windows that don't rattle when it's very, very wind. Also those folk at the Merseyside Area Narcotics Anonymous conference at said venue really know how to party.

Long old day that, just back in Hastings. First game at Hill Dickinson (thanks Matthew Lumby you hideous kopite) and thought I might have burst my stitches when Grealish scored. Thanks to the 2 fellas who made sure I was ok afterwards. I absolutely love Everton right now.

Last time I saw Fermin Muguruza was in Bilbo Arena with thousands of others. Last night in London was amazing. If you are in Dublin tonight and there are tickets, get along there and get involved.

I'd buy a t-shirt that said "Very Very Wind". Nothing else. No crest, nothing. It'd be our equivalent of Freemasonry. Sort it out Yanks.

For the ultimate leveller and part of my anti-bullying campaign I’d make this haircut compulsory for everyone.

Sensible policies for a happier Britain.

Watching that Starve Acre film. Oh come on you all thought about him. If you're over 50 that is.

I really don't get the whole celebration police thing.

Why on earth can we not go mad in the ground when scoring a 97th minute equaliser against our rivals. Throw into the mix the last derby at Goodison, potentially the last night game.

Weirder if you didn't celebrate "Like you've won the league"

Impressed at my predictive text's first suggestion option for completing this section. Obviously it should be Local Government Officer.

Considered sacking off the game today because there's a rail replacement between St Leonards and Bexhill. One stop. Worser blue me. But I'm going to go, so where's MY medal?
