this is why adult creators are really emphasizing that non-creators be the ones who contact paypal. Of all the paypros, PP is the most likely to act in a retaliatory manner towards individual accounts. If you dont make adult content or youre just a commissioner, you are able to help a LOT
Whenever I've called PayPal and brought up issues with adult content they have always asked me first if I'm engaging in selling it through my account. Paypal wants to know if it can target you when you question its policies.
I like how you, as a NSFW creator, need to seek permission - but doing so obviously puts you on their radar and risks getting shit-canned just for trying to be "legit" about it

I'm an atheist, raised in a secular home. I listened to the Bible audiobook later and grew quite fond of Jesus. He was kind, treated women with respect, and preached social equity. I don't know how a person who claims to follow what he taught can push christofacism. It's antithetical to its core.
