So first off, the #Bears are playing awful, undisciplined football. Stacking bad penalty on top of bad penalty on top of bad penalty.

Illinois football could fly so far under the radar this year that the selection committee just forgets they're there. Pretty clear path to an 11-1 Illinois with no big ten championship game or marquee national broadcast. They could just ooooops and forget to put them in the playoff.
