A bus CCTV monitor. The image on the screen (that is probably of a normal bus of empty seats) is severely warped and almost spiral-like to the point where the middle of the image is just a black hole that the strange blobby shapes around the outside are being helplessly sucked into. Or it looks a bit like the backdrop to a 90s music video filmed with a fisheye lens that probably featured Busta Rhymes.

Doing basic alt text on ALL your image posts “a cat”, needs to be the accepted minimum, for when you don’t have the energy/vocabulary to say “a tortoiseshell cat with a white chest sits looking off to the right on top of a fridge cluttered with dog toys and home brew equipment”

Testing the theory that my dog yelps and whines in the night/early morning because he’s lonely by getting up and keeping him company. For someone with a sleep disorder who struggles to stay awake unless I’m active, I am heavily relying on caffeine to see me through today.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World from the Sega Master System II - 1986 Alex is a little boy with an oversized head in a variety of scenarios: underwater, flying a cyclecopter, driving a tiny speedboat and jumping to attack a large moustachioed man in a lighting storm. Soul Calibur III on the PS 2: a muscular figure with their face covered is wearing an all white cloak and brandishing a large scythe-type weapon, while two of the characters portraits are superimposed on the sky behind them. Everybody’s gone to The Rapture on PS4: a man and woman holding hands while standing on grass silhouetted in an orange circle. They are also surrounded by a few small blue orbs of light. God of War Ragnarök on PS4: Kratos, a large pale Greek half-god stands on ice. He has a large decorated axe in his hand, a fur cloak covering his shoulders, but clearly is naked beneath the many pieces of armour on his arms and waist. This is mine. At 24 years old, It’s old enough to have graduated university and completed the Theatre Masters I couldn’t.

Book: Up a tree in the park at night with a Hedgehog by P Robert Smith Film: Turbo by Dreamworks Album: Songs for The Deaf by Queens of The Stone Age TV Series: Green Wing by Channel 4. This is a hospital based comedy and the DVD cover for the first series features the cast of characters, doctors and other managers lining up in various poses looking frustrated confused or bored. At the front is Dr Statham, played by Mark Heap: a middle aged man with heavy moustache and glasses, wearing a white lab coat but no trousers, enthusiastically dancing in a way that almost exposes his baggy underwear as he plays a small recorder. And that description alone sums up why this is my tv series.
