Obviously any curling fan will note that EM throws second, not third. I was clearly in delirium. Also, the number of missed shots so far by these world champions is not only refreshing but a downright relief. Throwing rocks on the ice is hard

When you say Bernie is unlikely to run again, you mean when he's 87? I agree. I also expect he will not run in 8 years when he's 91.

The argument (made in the quoted article) that we can be assured that an individual (Musk) is not in it just for power, because he risks everything - including long-term retention of power - in order to get as much power as he can right now - is what we might call 'really not a great argument'.
