I mean, they assigned a mentor to me, and the company has an established Knowledge Evaluation process. The problem is their approach — it doesn’t feel like "Learn it whenever you can, it’s fine to take your time", but rather an obligation, as if I’m expected to dedicate all my personal time to it.

The design of a sona is something that really bothers me because whenever interesting ideas start to emerge, I soon discover that someone else has already created something similar, so going through with my idea might come across as plagiarism.
