LMAO lI only made the appointment because my new pcp pressured me into it (alongside therapy and a psych appt lmao)
all she did was lecture me and give me an elementary school ass info sheet of healthy foods like damn you get paid for this? telling people that lean meat is healthier than fatty meat?

the whole appt boiled down to "you're already eating healthy, but you're overweight so you should just eat even less and cut back even MORE on occassional treats and stop taking your meds" like okay why don't I just go ahead and renounce all worldly things while I'm living in this bitch of a world!!

when i left, the front desk asked if i wanted to make a follow-up and i was just like ahahha i'll check my schedule and never called back LMAO crazy...

yeah i was like girl you're a dietitian not my psych????

it basically went like "I've always struggled with my sleep"
"yeah bc you take adderall"
"I've struggled before medication"
"well, you should consider stopping altogether"
"I can't work without it"
"dw I've taken it before for college I know what it's like"
