Eno & @gpgomez.bsky.social - this worked out nicely! Jury still out on sun-dried tomatoes in there, but the Rummo linguine was a 10/10. The noodles have that "substantial" feeling you'd expect from a high-end restaurant pasta dish. Will definitely use again in future pasta dishes!

Sprints vs. endurance are totally different mindsets! 😁 Honestly, all credit to my dad, as I'm just a Mini-Me knockoff of him, physique-wise. He was a lifelong tennis & v-ball player, so the activity gene runs strong with us!

The monadnocks (just learned that word) are the isolated freestanding hills in the area - Blue Mounds pictured below. In the Summer Olympic proposal for Chicago in 2016, the cycling road race was going to finish at the top of Blue Mound!
