Tripp Uncertainty is the only other one I can think of. He had a lot of attitude on and off the track. Other than maybe Frankie Beanball Bianchi, but I feel like he wouldn't go for it.

It seems a deep sadness to me that so many people who got into AI around his time did so with these grand ideas of what it could be, and then their spirits got ground into the dust realizing what it needed to be in order for their businesses to remain solvent.

Right. I don't expressly work in the field (although often tangentially), but it was my father's career focus for 40 years. The broad taxonomy makes sense. I just remember him turning to me once and saying "if I knew when I started where this all would be today, I never would've gotten into it."
