I gotta say, Bluesky feels like my early days of Twitter, when it was FUN, when I first realized I was part of a great community.

I'm finding you folks through replies to my posts -- followed back 600-ish people in the past few days.

Thanks for finding me, folks. 🙏💙

Bluesky is now the #2 social app in the US, Canada, and #3 in the UK 🦋

On bsky, ~30% of y'all are posters compared to the 1% main characters on other platforms. Turns out there's more chattiness & connection when you have algorithmic choice 🤭

Remember folks, theres different things you can do here- you can remove yourself from a quote dunk. Dont play these same games or this place will become just as bad quickly
Inform people to remove their posts from the quoted post. Bluesky allows you to do that.

As much as possible, we should not do things fascists want us to do and we should do things fascists don't want us to do.
Never accept the fascist offer.” @juliusgoat.bsky.social with prophetic voice singing. A tremendous piece.

I left Twitter in response to the election. It's turning into state media, and I have no interest in participating in that.

I think everyone should do what works for them. But the thumb on the scale at "X" is so heavy that I doubt any posters unsupported by management have any real impact at all.
