Today at CEID we welcomed Dr. Toshihito Nomura from Hiroshima University Hospital's Dept. of Infectious Diseases. His work focuses on defining the evolving epidemiology of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) & developing diagnostic methods for its detection.
