Wanna highlight this clip too. Really nice to see an artist you look up to say the same things you've been trying to convey for years now.

Amazing what a strong impression the series left on me. I'm not a lifelong fan, I only saw it for the first time this year. And yet watching these two episodes just feels like it was made for me specifically, and I adore that. Perfect show, can't wait to watch more tomorrow.

Like, Moore's Bond went to space and fought a man with metal teeth. Dalton's bond fought with the Taliban. Brosnan's Bond dealt with not one, but two space lasers. It's ok, we're allowed to stop acting like 70+ years of Bond have to line up perfectly in a cohesive story.

Personally not excited to have Amazon own and control a franchise that's deeply entwined with my childhood and I'm not truly in love with the two ideas I'm putting out there, but just let the actors be contained eras. It doesn't cheapen the final product, and it's already how we talk about the films

2. It's just a new story. Retell some of the old ones, bring things back to basics, and finally admit that pretending Craig, Moore, Dalton, Lazenby, Brosnan, and Connery are the same guy is laughable. It's a clear way to fix the issue, and it still frees us from the burden of Bond's infinite legacy.

1. Officially connect "James Bond" the name to the 007 number. It even gives you the "big shoes to fill" storyline to open with, perfect to launch a new name while also nostalgia baiting everyone to death. There's plenty of issues that come up here, but shaking off the imaginary shackles would help.

In a world polluted by Marvel's 800 film timeline let's be brave, allow ourselves to acknowledge it was goofy to pretend all the Bonds were the same guy, and move forward. In my estimation, there's two clear paths Amazon can take to move this forward.

My mom got mad at me for buying things for myself this close to the end of the year. She made me promise to give her half of these so she could give them back to me for Christmas, lmao

I mean it was the list, but I watched it on February, lmao

I'll try to watch Tusk *mumble mumble*

And ya know what? Let's tack on Mission Impossible: Fallout to this as well. I didn't know action was allowed to look like that, what a fun experience

So glad this dude managed to prove to the world that he wasn't a good actor and just kinda sucked *before* he did the "ICE is such a hard job to do, you know? I just wanna honor them with my portrayal of Walker Texas Ranger" Fucking bozo, lmao

A lot of offer states did this in bigger and better ways than we did, but to see a clear and concise push against the past 4+ years of incompetent leadership that directly helped contribute to the Trump election is incredibly comforting. Hoping the bozos don't decide to just rest on their laurels

Imagine deciding to be a "content creator" and you're no better than the baseless garbage that AI slop factories shit out just because you can't look up a name. This stuff isn't live, man, you have time to fix it before embarrassing yourself on stage like this
