Post contest update. Came in 4th out of 6. Going to do better next year, count on it. I have to do another show in Canada to qualify for next year so I’m doing another in 9 weeks. A local level show.

I’m now 8 weeks out. Just crossed into 199 lb. Another 1 would be fantastic but very difficult. Let’s see what I can do.

Been quiet for a bit. Sorry about that. Currently on the cut for the next show, the North America show in Pittsburgh. At this age there’s two levels only, high school track meet, and the Olympics. 14 weeks to go

We’re at the Spa thermae 2000 in Valkenburg. Thursday is clothing free day. Totally coincidental. Hahaha sure.
