I just saw that on TikTok. I think it could work if, and only if, they were to find a way to make clear to the GA that all of the scenes w/o Bobby still happened. And maybe all of the scenes he was in were the 118 visiting with him. It’s certainly make me like the S7 finale better.

I like what someone else theorized: Maybe Buck is just a little more reckless atm bc of Eddie leaving being on his mind, but it's actually Eddie perceiving Buck's actions to be way more reckless than usual bc he's realizing he won't be there to have Buck's back once he moves.

I absorbed into my theories someone's suggestion that Buddie have not been talking like they usually do bc their emotional buffer is no longer between them and talking would require them to more directly face "what they are".

I just can't imagine any other reaction from Chris. The level of miscommunication between characters at the opening of 8B is going to have to be off the charts for me to suspend my disbelief about Eddie's move.

If we’re going cliché and Eddie starts getting angrier bit by bit because Buck keeps putting himself at risk until he snaps and we get a because you think you’re expendable and you’re not TO ME scene part two, I’ll take it

We know why Buck is being oversupportive bff, but idk if I were Hen, Chim, or heck even Bobby, I don’t think I could engage with Eddie’s plans without trying to suggest an alternative that isn’t as intense as straight up moving.

That was my favorite part of it. Even through the slightly harder moments, it still felt like a warm hug.

That scene took me out the first time I saw it bc of how instantaneously clear their chemistry was already present. Dan Levy prolly knew to act with that in mind, but still. It was so beautifully obvious they were setting that up.
