Home made cider and childhood diabetes makes for a good evening

Tonights forages dinner. The lower left are bolets of some kind, the upper right are (hopefully) honey mushrooms, and the lower right is just bacon and onions to balance the meal.

I only took a small bite of the honey mushrooms, very delicious, but possibly toxic so I kept it minimal.

First batch I've ever made. It took over 8 hours and two buckets full of apples. Can't wait to try this in about a month or two.
