We started prototyping a tiny jam game the other day with the intention of joining the HEJ jam in March. One of the themes is "spring", so we went with a 2D pogo stick movement mechanic:

I'm taking a short break from the HEJ jam game... to work on a tiny solo project for ToBuJam 2.5, which I need to finish up in less then 6 hours. I got a bunch of plans but almost zero implementation so far. There's a decent chance I'm gonna fail at this :D we'll see.

It's a 3D(ish) action game set on barren planet, where you'll have to build oil rigs, transport barrels and fend off pesky aliens.

We're cooking something for the next HEJ ("one game a month") jam using the theme "Voronoi". It's called War On Oil (....yeah, sorry.) and will require the player to extract oil from the ground and fend off incoming waves of enemies.
