It’s spectacular out. Hit almost every jump and drop I could find. Now for an extended time in the bath. I’m super tired now.

against my better judgement, because the weather was warm, I went for a ride in the country even though I was still really tired from my long run yesterday. going to have to go out again tomorrow because of the sunny and even warmer weather. ugh.

Riding into the Gatineau park for the next month is going to be a drag with the road construction.

Not great weather today to be running in today. Some rain would have helped. 🥵

The smoky air is better today. Had to get out in the sun.

Only positive thing I can say about this weather is it's a good temp for running in.

You can almost ride to the top of pink before you hit snow. the last right left corner is when you run into it. It's going to be a while before we're doing loops. #ottbike
