I took home a pocket full of seeds and turned some of them into a cute little acorn bug 🍂

We pointed my phone vaguely in the direction of the sun, which was hiding behind a dark cloud, and got the eclipse via a lens flare, so that was a nice accident xD #Eclipse

We also used the pinhole method with a box and foil from a yorkshire teabag packet fished out of the bin, it mostly worked

People agreed that their little dongs (or vestigial tails from their tadpole days as someone else suggested) are a feature and not a bug, so here they stay.
My fingers are holding a card that has fishhook earrings with beaded frogs dangling from them. They have a large, jade green glass bead as the belly, and a pair of metal bead caps making the face, arms and legs of the frog. How it is threaded together with a ball head pin make them look like they have stubby metal genitals.

I'd been in bed all day with a headache and a period, but I managed to hobble outside and watched Tess figure out how to do astrophotography on my phone! We managed to get a good look at the planetary alignment going on. Here's one of her photos of Mars, Orion's dick, Jupiter and the Pleiades:

Bats be happening again
An as yet assembled black velvet bat with midnight blue cotton accent fabric covered in yellow crescent moons.
