There was someone in Harlow who was handing leaflets out and asking parents to subscribe at £21 a month. He would then hang around the school gates all day long. So many red flags!!

The Act applies to all British Citizens whether they’ve signed it or not. The signing is more a symbolic thing to make sure you’re aware of the seriousness of the situation.
