Detroit vs Everybody, I guess. Let's go Lions!

I didn't have a chance to sit in my chair and be an irrational fan the last two weeks (because I was either in the stadium or listening in my car). I'll be here tonight, and you can ride the roller coaster with me.

I just finished the audiobook of Careless People, which is a first-person account of Facebook's leadership in the 2010s.

Zuckerberg, Sandberg and these other execs are truly ghoulish people. I recommend this book to everyone.

Sometimes, you want stuff that punches you in the gut. I don't understand where that comes from. Here's the movie and book that emotionally wrecked me the most this year:

Movie: Killers of the Flower Moon (Martin Scorcese)

Book: Never Let Me Go (Kazuo Ishiguro)

Victory Friday at the office hits a little different when it's a sweep over the Packers (and there are Packers fans at work).

Goooooo Lions!

Sure, Thanksgiving is great.

But have you ever woken up the next day with a full belly to read a book in the warmth of a woodstove with a hot coffee in-hand, a quiet house, dogs curled up for a nap while the snow falls outside your window?
