Good news: #Maine just adopted the April 2024 federal EPA drinking water standards for #PFAS

The new standards are more stringent than the previous Maine drinking water standards

This rule applies to community public water systems and bottled water suppliers

While partnering with an experienced research team is a privilege, I still feel we shouldn’t have to prove one type of cancer / health condition at a time when we know our exposure history and know what we see. I know other PFAS impacted communities would agree that exposure equals outcome.
