He won't change. It was a huge fault when he was with Aberdeen FC, and on the few occasions he did jump for the ball, he was nowhere near it.

That's because he hasn't been told by his London masters what to say yet.

Lack of decent backup was the main reason. The manager at the time thought he was good. New manager came in, he got punted. Ended up in Serie C, which I think says everything.
