Detainees reported going without a change of clothes or towels for up to 10 days and being repeatedly denied access to a phone to talk to loved ones or legal representation.

A federal judge has ordered that Kseniia Petrova, a Harvard Medical School scientist from Russia who was detained for bringing biological specimens into the country, be released from immigration custody.
