My issue with these trendy negative articles is that this sort of piece about generations being shitty has existed in every decade about every generation, and they base everything on anecdotal evidence. Not great!
As the author of a book on cultural ideas about screen time, I feel that I have some pretty learned, deeply researched practical advice on this matter:
