The fundamental misunderstanding here (other than being a shit person) is the belief that GDQ is a speedrunning marathon.
It isn't.
GDQ is a charity marathon. It exists to raise money for charity. It does that through speedrunning and high-level gaming.

Now that #SGDQ2025 is over, that means it’s time to spend a month trying to find something new to run and ultimately give up after not committing to anything. At the very least I need to spend more time chilling in my favorite runners’ streams.

The Twitch Downloader tool is REALLY nice because it downloads a complete render of the chat in its own .mp4 file. One of my biggest gripes about this Highlight purge was that I would be losing chat on all the old stuff that I didn't have chat on the screen for. github.com/lay295/Twitc...
