I use Bayesian stats as my main tool and currently am using a lot of Integrated Population Models (IPMs), Population Viability Analyses (PVAs), simulations, and integrated population trend analyses.

FL Grasshopper Sparrows persisted at point counts most recently and completely burned within 400m and persistence cycled greatly depending upon the season when the habitat was burned. y-axis is persistence.
