I'm having a rough go of it lately, and have been thinking: everyone is going through something, and you have no idea what it is, or how it's affecting them.

I need to find sources that offer realistic appraisals of the actions of Musk and Co. After all, not everything can be of 'end of the world' significance. I want the equivalent of 'defcon' level scales for each new atrocity to help navigate the overwhelm.
