The BrighT STAR Learning Health Community includes children’s hospitals across the United States and internationally with a common mission to develop and disseminate programs that safely reduce unnecessary testing and treatment and provide high-value care.
👏This study surveyed ID clinicians and microbiologists across the U.S. about untargeted molecular testing for suspected infections. The survey identified wide variability in current clinical and stewardship practices and highlights future research needs for pediatric patients. #BrighTSTAR #LHC
