I’d like to add that last year’s #Netflix #Ripley portrayed Freddie Myles as a wispy, androgynous, British kid. Like they so clearly felt the indomitable pull of P.S. Hoffman’s version, they wisely ran 180 fuckin degrees into an opposite characterization. #PhilipSeymourHoffman

“You Can Count on Me“ got bumped by “In the Mood for Love,” which got bumped by “All That Jazz.” “Fargo” just got bumped by “Mulholland Drive.”
So far, “The Master” and “Jurassic Park” reign immutably triumphant. (Tho I briefly flirted swapping PTAs)
